SHIPPING POLICY

Effective Date: August 2026

InXS IV Hydration may coordinate prescription-based wellness and weight-management services, including GLP-1 medications, when prescribed by an appropriately licensed healthcare provider.

Prescription Medication Shipping
Prescription medications are dispensed and shipped directly to the patient by the dispensing pharmacy or authorized fulfillment provider. InXS IV Hydration does not personally package, dispense, or ship prescription medications.

Shipping Address
Patients are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before medication is processed for fulfillment. Because prescription medications may be temperature-sensitive and may not be eligible for return or reshipment, patients should carefully verify their shipping information.

Delivery & Availability
Patients are responsible for making reasonable arrangements to receive their medication and for promptly retrieving delivered packages, particularly when medication requires temperature-controlled storage.

Shipping Times
Processing and delivery times vary depending on prescription approval, pharmacy processing, medication availability, weekends, holidays, weather, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside the control of InXS IV Hydration.

Any estimated delivery timeframe is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Temperature-Sensitive Medication
Certain medications may be shipped using insulated or temperature-controlled packaging. Patients should follow all storage instructions provided by the dispensing pharmacy and/or prescribing healthcare provider immediately upon receipt.

If a medication arrives damaged, excessively warm, frozen, compromised, or otherwise appears unsafe to use, do not administer the medication until you have contacted the dispensing pharmacy or healthcare provider for instructions.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Issues involving medications that are lost, delayed, damaged, or compromised during shipping will be handled according to the policies of the dispensing pharmacy and/or shipping carrier.

InXS IV Hydration will assist patients with appropriate contact information or coordination when possible but cannot guarantee replacement of medication shipped by a third-party pharmacy.

Incorrect Shipping Information / Missed Delivery
Additional charges may apply when medication must be replaced or reshipped because of an incorrect address, failure to retrieve a delivered package, or other circumstances attributable to the patient. Replacement eligibility is determined by the dispensing pharmacy.

No Returns of Prescription Medication
For safety and regulatory reasons, prescription medications generally cannot be returned or reused once dispensed. Refunds, replacements, or credits involving prescription medications are subject to the dispensing pharmacy's policies and applicable law.

Shipping Availability
Prescription medications may only be shipped to locations where the prescribing provider and dispensing pharmacy are legally permitted to provide services.

Questions About Your Shipment
Patients experiencing a shipping or medication-delivery issue should contact InXS IV Hydration and/or the dispensing pharmacy using the contact information provided with their prescription.
