TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: August 10, 2026
Welcome to InXS IV Hydration. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your booking and receipt of services. By accessing this website, scheduling an appointment, or receiving services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Our Services
InXS IV Hydration provides mobile IV hydration and wellness services at approved locations within our service area. Services may include IV hydration, vitamins, minerals, medications, injectable therapies, weight-management services, GLP-1–based therapies, and other wellness treatments when clinically appropriate and prescribed, ordered, or authorized by an appropriate licensed medical provider.
Services are provided by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals and are subject to medical eligibility, clinical assessment, applicable protocols, and provider approval.
Scheduling an appointment does not guarantee that you will be eligible to receive a requested treatment.
GLP-1 & Weight-Management Services
GLP-1–based therapies and other prescription weight-management treatments require an appropriate medical evaluation and prescription by a qualified licensed medical provider. Eligibility is determined individually based on medical history, current medications, contraindications, clinical assessment, and any other evaluation or testing deemed necessary by the prescribing provider.
Treatment results vary, and weight loss or other specific outcomes are not guaranteed. Patients are responsible for following prescribed dosing instructions, attending required follow-up evaluations, reporting side effects or changes in health status, and seeking appropriate medical attention for concerning symptoms.
Medication availability, formulation, dosing, and treatment recommendations may change based on clinical judgment, applicable law, regulatory requirements, and availability.
2. Medical Screening & Eligibility
Before receiving treatment, clients may be required to complete health questionnaires, provide an accurate medical history, disclose medications and allergies, and complete a Good Faith Exam or other medical evaluation when required.
Treatment may be modified, postponed, or declined if the healthcare professional or supervising medical provider determines that treatment would not be appropriate or safe.
You agree to provide complete and accurate information regarding your health, medications, allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy status, and other information relevant to your care.
3. IV Therapy Risks
IV therapy involves potential risks and side effects. These may include, but are not limited to, discomfort, bruising, bleeding, swelling, infiltration, irritation, infection, allergic or adverse reactions, dizziness, fainting, fluid-related complications, and complications associated with medications or ingredients administered.
Additional risks may apply depending on the treatment selected and your individual health history.
Before treatment, you will have an opportunity to ask questions and will be required to provide appropriate informed consent.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Individual responses to IV hydration and wellness treatments vary.
InXS IV Hydration does not guarantee any particular outcome, benefit, symptom improvement, or result from treatment. Information provided on this website regarding potential benefits is educational in nature and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that you will experience those benefits.
GLP-1 & Weight-Management Services

5. Not Emergency Medical Care
InXS IV Hydration is not an emergency medical service and does not replace emergency medical evaluation or treatment.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, including severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, severe allergic reaction, loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, or another potentially life-threatening condition, call 911 or seek emergency medical care immediately.
Do not schedule mobile IV hydration as a substitute for emergency medical treatment.
6. Appointments & Mobile Service
Appointments are subject to availability, geographic service area, staffing, clinical eligibility, and other operational considerations.
Because we provide mobile services, appointment times may occasionally be affected by travel, traffic, weather, previous appointments, or circumstances outside our control.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays or scheduling changes.
7. Pricing & Payment
Current treatment prices are displayed on our website or booking platform.
Prices may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your appointment will be the price presented during booking unless otherwise communicated before treatment.
Optional add-ons or additional services requested or clinically approved during your appointment may result in additional charges.
Payment is due according to the terms presented during booking or at the time services are provided.
8. Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds
Certain appointments may require a deposit or payment information to reserve the appointment.
Any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, travel, or no-show policy will be disclosed during the booking process.
Once medications, IV solutions, supplies, or treatments have been prepared or administered specifically for you, charges associated with those services may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
If treatment cannot be provided because you do not meet clinical eligibility requirements, any refund or retained fees will be handled according to the cancellation/refund policy presented at booking and applicable law.
9. Treatment Decisions
Purchasing or requesting a particular IV treatment does not entitle a client to receive it.
The treating healthcare professional retains responsibility for determining whether treatment can be safely provided within applicable protocols.
We reserve the right to decline, discontinue, or modify treatment when medically or operationally appropriate.
10. Prescription Medications
Certain treatments or add-ons may contain prescription medications.
Prescription medications will only be administered when appropriately ordered or authorized and when you meet applicable clinical criteria.
